Hi, I’m Mark Bergman and I recently joined Global Sky as the Call Center Manager based in Manila. I am thrilled at the opportunity to work with the fastest growing call center in the Philippines. My background includes over 15 years experience in business inside the world of Information Technology and also as an entrepreneur as is James, the founder of Global Sky. I have Support Desk and Inbound Call Center experience with Koch Industries and the income tax preparation power house HR Block and Company. I also bring outbound telemarketing experience from my own startup in 2005 – 2007.
I joined Global Sky because of the commitment to clients in the outbound telemarketing, business process operations, technical support and virtual assistant services we offer. Due to the companies 6 years of experience I am joining a staff of dedicated professionals who will help you with your outsourcing needs efficiently and courteously.
